New token launches API

A board per chain of what just launched, what is close to graduating and what just graduated, on every launchpad Aurelia follows.

Read the board

GET /chains/:chain/pulse takes view: new, graduating or graduated. A launch is recorded only from a launchpad's own creation event.

Filter with launchpad=, one id or several, comma-separated.

Ranges: marketCapUsd=5000.., progress=..0.9, age=60..600. Either side may be empty, and a null value never matches.
Links: has=logo,website,twitter,telegram,discord.
Words: keywords=cat,dog and excludeKeywords=test, on the symbol or name.
Sorting: sort=windows.1h.volumeUsd, with order and limit 1 to 100.
