Pulse board API

GET/chains/:chain/pulse

The chain's board of launches: fresh launches, bonding curves close to graduating, and fresh graduations, filtered and sorted. A snapshot at most a few seconds old; follow it with the pulse channel.

`priceUsd`, `marketCapUsd`, `liquidityUsd`	number \| null	As on the token page: the chart pool's latest priced close, × circulating supply, and its real balances.
`progress`, `graduatedAt`, `latestTradeAt`	number \| null	A bonding curve's share of its sellable supply sold (0 to 1), when the curve completed, and the token's newest swap.
`creatorNetShare`	number \| null	What the creator bought minus sold through swaps of the token, as a share of total supply. Transfers do not count.
`sniperCount`, `sniperNetShare`	number \| null	Wallets (the creator excluded) that bought in the launch block or the 4 after it (slots on Solana), and their bought minus sold as a share of supply.

Notes

A snapshot: each view's board is rebuilt at most every second, and a request answers at once from the latest one. The first request for a view after a quiet spell of over 5 minutes waits while its board is built.
new holds the newest 1,000 launches of the last 24 h that have not graduated; graduating the 500 open curves with the highest progress among those that traded in the last hour; graduated the newest 500 graduations of the last 24 h.
A null value never matches a range. 400 for an unknown parameter, a malformed range, an unknown view or a malformed launchpad id; the error names the parameter.
